Anne of Cleves is my favorites of Henry's wives. She was clever and politically savey. Didn't get killed and didn't have to actually be married to him.

Yeah there are some real problems there. First off is WHY IKAT WHY!!! It's a fabric from the south east (Indonesia, Thailand, Burman, ect) so why why why is a german princess in the 1500's wearing it.

I think the heard-dress is a attempt to pretty up the awesomely bizarre pudding like german caps that some women wore. pic related.

but yeah again no shift, her arms are bare under her sleeves.

If you want to watch a version of King Henry's wives watch the bbc's version from the 70's. It also has costuming problems (the usual french hood with no veil) but it at-least is fairly accurate for the history and doesn't try to sex it up!
