It really depends on the character, it's annoying when they're too ita or kawaii-acting (unless if fake kawaii where you can see them being bitchy and "real" when they drop the acting)

Same as most old weebs, I loved Chii and I loved Moon Phase as well. Never really did anything to incorporate anime looks in my coords though.

Because the creators value character design over fashion accuracy. Lolita dresses are usually expensive and they want to be able to sell as much merchandise as possible, so they work with the weeb image of lolita fashion and never go any further then that.

Gi(a)rlish Number seems to have a somwhat lolita character in it, could be a bit longer but it could work as a lolita OP. I also love how bitchy all the characters in it are.
