Ok, I don't know what to to do gulls. To go to the next area (6), I need the Wasteland set. To get the bag, you need yellow headbands, which comes from red headbands. My problem right now is that it's not dropping, AT ALL. Farming other S drops from quest has never taken this long for me.

Has this happened to anyone else? Or is my game bugged?
