Uuuugh, /cgl/..

This is a photo of my boyfriend's hand that he just took.
It definitely isn't eczema or psoriasis. He's used all kinds of prescription steroid creams to no avail.
I'm certain that it's only staying so bad because when it dries and cracks, he'll scratch and dig at it until it's raw and bleeding instead of letting it heal.

I want to get him something to chemically exfoliate (AHA? Glycolic acid?), and a humectant (Hyaluronic acid?) to stop it from drying and cracking so that he won't fuckin' pick at it.

Can anybody recommend some good products that match these descriptions? I'm about to put in a RoseRoseShop order, so all the better if I can get it there.
