I'm preparing myself to get mad at every person that says Nagisa must be trans once the Assassination Classroom anime comes out. He gets teased by his classmates because of his cute appearance and pigtails, with Karma usually making jokes that they should go and get his penis cut off, and he always vehemently denies that he is and he doesn't like it. His "hurtful nickname" in the nicknames chapter was Gender. There's more, but it's less running gag and more plot development, so spoilers.
