This is the first I've ever heard of permanent overplucking.

In the last half year I've opted to pluck away about half of my natural eyebrows to achieve that short and chubby look. Trust me, my eyebrows look good this way. The outer tail was always thin and sad compared to my thick start. Right now it covers the top of my eyesocket but not much beyond that...

But now hearing about it becoming permanent I feel scared. This short brow style might be cute and flattering now, and I have bangs anyway, but what if I grow out of it? And the hair doesn't grow back?

Thanks for inadvertently informing me about this. Now I'm scared.
