Why do we even need to bring race into this? Effing ridiculous that wearing certain prints suddenly is appropriating xyz123 culture or it only looks good on certain types of people. Fashion is fashion...I'm more interested in evolving lolita fashion than holding it back because only black/asian/white/brown/aliens/centaurs/sorcerers/mermaids etc wear animal prints. I wish people would just focus on frills, lace, and fabric and check their politics at the door.
