Pic related. I made the fin and the bottom skirt part one piece, and made a separate fin piece to sew on to the bodice. Sorry if that doesn't make sense. Hopefully the picture makes more sense that my words.

I've done Mai Valentine's Battle City costume, Jounouchi's Battle City costume, Kaiba, and Yuzu's first outfit in the past and I'm planning on fixing up the Yuzu and Kaiba. Plus I'm planning on doing Kurosaki Shun (both default and D-Wheels outfits) and possibly Crow, since I play a lot of winged beast decks and my friends want me to cosplay every winged beast user. I'm also working on a Yami Yugi wig for a friend so we'll see how that goes. So much Yu-Gi-Oh cosplay.

Actually, not as much wire as you would think! I was planning on putting wire around the entire thing, but the weight of the material I used made the skirt portion of the coat fold the way I wanted it to on its own. So the only wires are down the front of either side.
