I got the Swankiss anniversary dress in the mail today, and I tried it on.

The lace on it is super scratchy, I'm okay with the scratchy part but it makes my skin really red and blotchy around the neckline. The care lable says "Do Not Wash" and "Dry Clean Only"
Is there anything I can do about softening the lace, or anything I could do to my skin to make that shit less red? I've read about people using Band-Aid's friction stick but wanted to know if there was anything else I could do.
