To anon, who is Western, this would be called 'otome'.

To Japanese communities, it would be lolita - Because their 'rules' for lolita are different and they do not have 'otome.'


I have no idea why people are arguing about this or what point either side is trying to get accross? It doesn't matter to any of us because none of us are Japanese..
