I have a question and I apologize if this is the wrong thread for it but all the other ones up seemed less appropriate.
Has anyone ordered from FRIL before? I fell in love with a dress on the site and I can't read it for the life of me and I'm really intimidated and confused (pic related). If it is good, does anyone have a good recommendation for a third-party site to go through? I glanced at Japonica Market and it seems okay (it says it can order for FRIL specifically) but if anyone had a better suggestion I would greatly appreciate it.
