"Peaked cap" is the generic term, you'll find a lot vary in terms of build, bill material, and so forth so you should be able to easily find what you need.

Personally I feel like a cosplayer matching build or height is only really noticeable if it's a major part of their character design (ie Kanamori is tall, Wario is fat) that you're not matching.
But ultimately it comes down to if you think you'll like how you look. I have a friend who's 6'3" and he cosplays vtubers really well despite not being petite. I wouldn't let height disqualify you from cosplaying a character you like.
