Hey cgl, I want to try to organise a swap meet in my comm before the end of the year, since we've never had one before. However, I'm not sure how to go about it, and neither is anyone else in the comm.

What are you experiences with hosting/attending swap meets?
Where have they been held?
Anything to be aware of? Problems that arose?
