I can confirm from owning one that IW's typewriter plaid dress has a 100% cotton body and is unlined. The collar and faux button placket is a poly-blend material, so if you're particular about poly being on your throat you might want to avoid it. One zips up the dress in the back. I can confirm it is comfy as hell to wear in the summer, since the cotton is thin (quick to dry on a laundry rack too). (This item is on sale and low stock on the IW website so if it's there in your color and size, get it now.)

Atelier Pierrot's Dilly Yoke OP, from the item description, look like it's a similar construction of the main body being 100% cotton with no lining, with the collar and button placket being the only part where there is poly-blend material. The details on the website say that the buttons are non-decorative; one puts on the dress by putting it over one's head, and then buttoning it up in front.

Atelier Pierrot's Elfie OP, from both the item description and confirmed with photos, is unlined. They say 100% cotton only once (and don't list "outer material", "inner material", or "other material"). Plus the photos that show some transparancy indicate there is no lining.
