I had the same problem, and unfortunately I don't have one to post, but what I can suggest is what I ended up doing:
go to a value village or whatnot, find a super-cheap blouse relatively close to your size (can be bigger, doesn't have to actually fit) and just take apart the seams, noting which pieces go together with which.
Eventually, once they're all separate and laid out flat, you'll have a basic blouse pattern, which you can then easily adjust and reconstruct into whatever you'd like to make!

Then you only have to worry about finding tutorials and such for the little changes you want to make; and individual elements like different collars and sleeve techniques are much easier to find tutorials for (pic related)
