>wear it to convention since it was closest event and full of lolitas, get a lot of compliments from other lolitas
>feel bad because no lolita friends, no comm, live in rural country area so frills isn't practical because too dressy for errands unless I want a million "HURR CINDERELLA WHERE YOU GOING?"
>sell coord and feel worse because not worth it to buy anymore lolita
>see nanchatte instead
>have worn school uniforms at conventions before and felt cute as fuck
>didn't know there was a whole society for it
>tons of nanchatte casual day to day coords
>could get away with this easier than frills
>leave lolita future for nanchatte

tl;dr I left being a future lolita in favor of wearing school uniforms
