Sure is strawman in here. I never said anyone "can't" do anything, and ITT I've specifically differentiated between actual races and fantasy skin tones. Nobody in here actually thinks that you shouldn't paint yourself blue or green. There's no basis for it.

The only people here saying black people "can't" accurately replicate a lighter, -human- skintone because of perceived difficulty, and saying that's the ONLY reason they don't do it, are the ones using that as a free pass to do the opposite.
