I'm buying the materials to make Star Butterfly, and I'm a little stumped on a couple things.

1. For the teeth and eyes on the boots, would a vinyl decal be a good idea so it has a smooth appearance?

2. Any suggestion on what kind of boot would be best, I'm thinking on some kind of platform to alter.

3. For the wig, would buying two wigs, one longer and one shorter, using batting in the middle and covering the batting up with the longer wig. Or would just buy 2 longer wigs?
