hello seagulls! a couple of years ago I bought this for my kid sister. months later, bodyline started selling the same print, so I bought the skirt. I can make somewhat decent outfits for myself but am at a loss of what to do with my sister.
She can't really wear a wig, the dress reaches way past her knees, but she has a petticoat, and a white blouse.

so, if someone can coord this dress for the littlest lolita, that would be really helpful.
