This is my second attempt on Wa-Lolita! Yesterday we had another Japanese Matsuri here where I live, so I decided to try and wear something accordingly.

I'd love to hear some concrit, if possible! I plan on remaking that coord and changing the skirt (I'll try getting an A-line) and the hair (I'll let it down, if the weather helps lol It was 35°C HAHA). If' I'm lucky, I'll try to find theme-matching tights too.

Anyway, hope you like it!
Everything is handmade but the skirt, which is Moitie.
