I think Bom went a bit too far in her surgeries.

My theory is that at first she did a bit of subtle work on her face (maybe even just eye surgery). Then with her medical problem which bloats her face, it kind of disturbed her face "harmony" and maybe made her surgeries more noticeable or displaced (i.e. possible chin implant). Afterwards she probably went under the knife several times to fix it and clearly went overboard.
Her nose looks weird now and was ok before all of it. Only the eye surgery really made her prettier IMO.
