I'm just.... not a fan. The wig and scissor blade are the only things that really stand out about this costume to be honest. I thought Ten was capable of better.

Are all the white bits flat? They're what bothers me most. There should be 2 on each pleat too.

Boots look great except for the heels.

The blocks on the upper arm aren't high enough and the shoulders are too tiny, though that might just be a problem with translating the outfit into real life (gravity).
