Ugh I'm so sad this is so hideous. If they just ditched like ten ribbons, got rid of the first two tiers, and ripped of the ends of those sleeves it could be pretty cute. That and either make the frills and bows patterned with stripes OR polka dots, not both. And get rid of that bonnet(?) and just fix up that front bow and make it a head bow. And the blue fabric looks really off. You know what? I take back what I said; this dress has no hope left. I just like the color scheme.
