I find my stuff on yja, rakuma, mercari, taobao, pixiv booth, pixiv (some artists will link to an external site in the description of their work where you go to buy their stuff) twitter, tictail, and storenvy. You could also check the cosp.jp flea market and fril, though I personally haven't used them before. Sorry for the huge list but you really have to search far and wide for these little things haha.

I think you could make a bag with those mini SG toys, though I'm not well-versed in sentai so I can't give any pointers there, sorry.
