That was my first attempt machine sewing the nylon light grey tights from We Love Colors but my wrists are really small so I am going to try and stick with the nylon/lycra tights and get much smaller needle in the future. Are lycra blends similar to spandex blends for these sort of things? Also I used (a bit too much) nail varnish for the seam strengthening, is that the best product for it like the guides recommend or do people have better luck with the any other anti fraying chemicals?

All things said and done the horns, wigs, arm socks, and majority of other costume bits are first attempts. Next time I don the Rufioh wings I'll make sure I look in the mirror before doing a weird face like that. I don't understand the shapes my body makes sometimes.
