Looking for some advice cos my hairdresser gave me minimal.

I've got my medium brown hair bleached and coloured blue and a greyish violet on the bottom. Currently I'm hoping that the colour would fade into a more softer tone (especially the blue) But after that, I want to keep maintaining it. Wondering how I should go about it, specifically; what colour I should buy to mix in conditioner (I want a light dusty blue/purple/ whatever) And bleaching the roots - is it realistic to do by myself?

Pic related is my hair. The top is more of a true blue colour though.
