I kind of understood what she was going for in terms of matching the striped cutsew to the stripes in the print, the socks to the star motif, but there is just too much going on. I don't understand the choice in shoes when it's more classic. I think starting with 2 basic colours (say pink and white) with one accent colour (light blue), and one or maybe two main motifs (hearts and stars) would be better.

Everything is nice but more poof would've made it better. Looks like she has an a-line, while the cut would better suit a cupcake petti. Great coordination and adorable nonetheless.

Angle of the photo is making her look shorter. Plus her petticoat isn't long enough, which shows in the picture. I don't understand why the star accessories and bag are thrown in randomly when there are no motifs. A bag with a crown, bow, or diamond motif would fit nicely. I can see blush but she needs eye makeup to spruce it up a bit, and look less plain.

I keep things to an extremely small budget, and I buy all used and lots of damaged items. Not to toot my own horn but I'm a pretty good seamstress and have been able to get some good deals that just needed some repair. Also the small gradual budget makes me really think about whether I want something or how much I can coord it.
