i’m looking for blouses (either chiffon or cotton) with a standing or square collars, and preferably no buttons up the front, but sometimes it feels like it’s nothing but peter pans and bows and quality on blouse material is so hard to judge without having seen them in person...

does anyone have surface spell’s dancing chiffon roses blouse (attached) and can comment on the quality? and/or recommend other brands that have something similar?
