How do I explain to people that they aren't entitled to a response?

Often times in public people will try to talk to me, maybe to ask if I know where something is or other general shit like that. I know most people would just say "don't know sorry", but the entitlement of these little people pisses me off so I just ignore them. I didn't agree to have a conversation with you. You aren't entitled to me looking at you and making mouth mouth noise game with you just cuz you said "hey" to me. Fuck off.
