Understanding Exposure by Bryan Peterson is decent (there's a PDF floating around) along with what >>6761442 said. And to clarify JailBreak's comment, shoot what you mean to shoot, not Infinite Burst Works.
Also, in regards to constructive feedback, find someone you trust and respect that can objectively tell you where you're screwing up. It's okay to get sad but learn from it and don't ever be angry at them. This may be one of the most difficult things to do.

If you have the time and are able to, take a basic film photography class and hide your powerlevel. During critiques don't say ANYTHING about your photograph until everyone has said their comments. This is to prevent your point of view from influencing an impression of your shot and provides a reality of how a photograph has to stand on its own merits since you will not always be there to defend it.

I'm not touching these.

The puckering of the fabric bothers me slightly but overall it suits you.
This is mainly a photog thread but makeup is also important since it can change a person. I'm aware that there are times when the skin decides on its own it wants to be in the picture anyway so make sure the photog is able to deal with it. Try to do something about the inner eye socket discoloration.
Surprisingly, your posing isn't too horrible. I would give pose recommendations but I'm not familiar enough with Gardevoir either in the game or in anything else but if the wiki and a quick google search are to be believed, a more intimidating look would work better.

Diffused popup if no other choice is available not even someone wearing shiny satin.
