Well, it's not a regional thing, that's not what I was getting at. People try to say, "Well this is a white character! He/She has blonde hair and blue eyes, Japanese people don't have those traits!" But in most cases, those characters are in fact Japanese.

It just gets me when people say, "You're not white and can't cosplay white characters" when a bunch of them are Japanese to begin with.
