It's not a terrible outfit, it's just a newbie basic outfit. Personally, I'd have gone with black socks and pink shoes, to balance out that black blouse and hat better. The purple also seems a bit thrown in there, but it's not super jarring alongside the pink. At the end of the day, not a great outfit, but not ita.
