especially want to find out...?

Anyway I'm 5'5" and generally fit into the small, sometimes get an m for length. This is my guide:

Ank Rouge: Separates are great. Tops have extra length because they're meant to be tucked in and you can adjust skirts to fit where you need them on your waistline. Tops are usually stretchy to accommodate more of a bust if needed. For skirts, it depends. Many skirts have shirring in the back so check the product photos carefully if this is something you need.

But oh god, dresses are the worst. To begin with many Ank Rouge dresses look like short babydoll dresses on the models anyway, so I should have figured they would look even worse on me. Even when I tried one of their dresses with a more structured waist it was too short in the torso for me. I'm not sure I'd even recommend them for shorter girls honestly. Again, they don't always look that great even on the models.

I'm hit or miss with their pants. It's not really a length issue, but some of the pants are just so big and baggy that I get swallowed in them, and not in a cute way. Other pants that are a bit tighter look good though.

Eatme: I really love how this brand fits me. It's super flattering. I have a number of dresses and skirts and I'm hoping to get some tops soon as well. I usually size up to the m if it's provided just in case for dresses.

I have one dress from them that is a little snug, even though I sized up to an m. It doesn't have much stretch in the derriere if you know what I mean. I think I'll stick to either stretchy materials or flared skirts next time.

Crayme: I only have a couple of things from them but I really love the fit. My skirt has shirring in the back but honestly it's not really necessary as the material itself has some stretch. Tried one of their dresses once but it was too short in the torso for me. All of my stuff is from older collections so I have no idea if their new stuff is any different.
