I wear them out all the time. Mostly when I have time in the morning though.
The only negativity I've gotten is being asked if I was cold or why I was so dressed up.

Just make sure if you're going to something like work or an event that what you're wearing is appropriate. There's no point in giving a fuck about what random strangers think.

I'm a bit plain today, but I went out in this and got a few compliments.
I really need my hair cut though. Looks so unkept compared to my clothes.
