It's honestly not too hard to cosplay the Count. The only thing that would be a real major challenge is if you want to go nuts on the wig. Also, I've lost two beards and an ear over the years. Remake all the damn beards!

Back when Gankutsuou first came out, there were a handful of cosplayers. I'm honestly surprised it didn't catch on more since the series won like all of the awards that year. I miss Gonzo and their "one really good series and a lot of crap each year" method.

There are some things about this picture that I wish were improved, but I really love it regardless. I don't see many Count of Monte Cristo cosplays.
