ahh yess, Caffeine-Commissar, here is a wonderful idea for your postapoc costume: Trench-coat but on the inside full with little pockets. and when I say full I mean literally fucking full as it is no more space for pockets. The pockets are small, just big enough that you can store one task of instant coffee in it. I hope you see where is this going
