How crafty are you? With a lot of time, patience, and skill, you could probably make this using a combination of foam, cardboard, and cheap keyboards. If you have the money, I'd just get it commissioned.

The version in the pic has a cover, which would be easier to do if you are fine with the arm piece never opening.
