/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

Anyone have a decent method of making grooves in eva foam? I'm not talking about bending if, or making bevels. I mean actually making groove indents for pic related. I've done souldering and dremal work but this is Sci fi stuff so it needs some precision and I don't want to spend the money on a Lazer cutter. Anyone know of any good tutorials or videos? Google seems to just think I'm trying to make bevels no matter what I type in.

In the past I've attached velcro/straps/magnets on the inside of the peice and on the body suit or clothing I'm wearing underneath. Leg peices are the worst for armor because they are constantly moving.
