Agreed with >>6573885 that I'm not a fan of the hot pink because there's white on the dress and the print is fairly non contrasting so it automatically lends itself better to being matched with pastels. I think the hot pink will overwhelm everything. And yeah, you'll look kinda weeby with kitty ears if you're going with fur ones, but maybe these pearl headband ears might work.

I think you've got too many contrasting styles going on here for a cohesive coord. You've got a circus skirt, a sailor styled blouse, gothic-ish harlequin socks and classical shoes. I agree with the other two anons about colour choices, black is easiest here.
