My weeb phase wasn't bad because the weeby anime club president hated my guts and honestly I started to dislike some anime a little bit just because I knew that bitch liked them. As petty as it is. She really didn't like me and she didn't make my time in that club enjoyable.
To this day I still refuse to watch Fruits Basket because it reminds me of her, and I didn't watch my first Studio Ghibli movie until a few years ago. Hated Naruto too, but maybe that was good since it kept me away from the headband craze.

Some weeby things I did though:
>ran like Rikku from FFX-2 in gym class
>bought pork fried rice from the Chinese restaurant in town and brought it to the anime club potluck claiming I somehow made it myself
>traced anime characters my freshman year from DA and Elfwood (like everyone else) and claimed my uber awesome drawing skillz
>wore anime hoodies to school
>made some weeby friends and we'd all yell obscenities in the hallways and glomp and grope each other
