About half of my prints at my last con were papercut art, and I base them on my own sketches. They took anywhere from 3 hours to 8 hours. My style is different from yours, but you catch my drift, right?
Realistic traditional painters take a lot more time to do their work, price their things proportionally, and still get interest and sales. Painter anon from a couple threads ago got a lot of interested replies in that thread alone.
But I would suggest doing prints based on your own sketches. You can sell a higher volume, be able to correct your mistakes, and avoid copying others' work. You can sell your originals at a price proportional to the time you spent on it (25-30 is definitely lowballing yourself!!), but you'll also be giving people a cheaper option.
