I clean dirty food marks or water stains on my counters when I see them (so, immediately?) but I only tidy up non-germy messes, like clothes or items out of place every week or so. I air out my house with most of the windows open once every few days because I like getting fresh air in. I also always open a window when I turn on the fan to cook, so my house doesn't smell like the food.
My personal hygeine is brush teeth 2x day, floss 1x, shower 1x, apply deodorant and wear socks with shoes, brush hair and wash face 2x a day (also, always remove makeup with oil then proceed with face wash). I clip and buff my nails once every week or so. They grow quickly.

I wash my lolita blouses (or any shirt, really) after 1 wear, regardless if it's an 8 hour outing or a 1 hour outing. Same goes for OPs, outerwear like boleros or sweaters, and bloomers.
I have to be honest though and say that my JSKs and skirts only get washed if I smell the arm pits/general skirt area and I notice something. My doctor says I'm a "super-smeller" which is why I'm so sensitive to food and other odors, so the same goes for body odors and if I can't smell anything up with the JSK/SK, I let it alone but do always air it out by the window for a day or two just... because fresh air seems to work on general smells, like getting cafe or coffee shop smell out of a garment. Also fresh air is good if a new dress arrives from a secondhand store or the sales comm and smells funny. I've had to do that multiple times after hand-washing the garment didn't help (Sorry Finland, but I've received funky shit from you guys twice).

Maybe this is TMI, but you know how I mentioned that super-smeller thing? Well, if I go to a meetup and I'm on my period, I wear two pairs of tights, one over another, and a pair of bloomers, so that no one might be able to smell my "time of the month".
I also recommend this for other lolitas. I can smell when other girls are on their period and it really bothers me.
