Sorry for using this particular person's photo, I'm unable to take a photo of my dress right now and this is the best example of my problem that I've found.
I bought a dress secondhand from y!japan that ended up being in much worse condition than the person reported, the lace in particular is really crumpled up like the lace on this blouse and it looks pretty awful. Is there anything I could do to clean the lace that would relax it, or am I SOL?
