This is my first time ordering Taobao stuff and I I'm using TBtrends. I haven't gotten any messages from them since the transaction for the cost of the order itself and it's already been three weeks (2 weeks if you include the festivle they recently had)

Should I be worried due to the fact one of my orders is really important for one of the cosplays I'm working on for AX?
