I think most people are accustomed to seeing ugly titanium jewelry. Silver tone can work for goth if the pieces aren't basic bitch barbells. Titanium can be anodized pink or light blue to match sweet. Jewelry quality and taste make a huge difference but the problem is tacky people who don't know how to coordinate.
