I think Tekken would be a great choice for your group. Pic related color coded: Red for fat guy, Blue for skinny guy, Orange for you.

I Chose Tekken 7 characters/outfits just because it's newest but any Tekken with bob in it could work too.

I think Bob would be really good because he's one of the few fat characters that isn't really presented as a fat joke. Pretty much everyone in Tekken is super buff so I chose characters who are mostly or completely covered for the skinny one, other than that it's really just based on his face and personal preference. You have a lot of options and it really just depends on which one you like best imo you fit all of them pretty equally.

I actually haven't played SuMo but Lillie would be really cute. I can't think of anything else in particular but you have a really pretty face so I think you could pull off a lot of characters
