I don't know where you've been but she posts to CoF every once in awhile. She is still involved in the community. This comment reeks of selfpost.

I miss osea_chelleo :-( No one seems to really know where she went, some people say she turned fundie, other people say she went goth.

I've seen a lot of conflicting reports on what happened to oseachello. Some day she turned fundie and left lolita for modest clothes, others say she turned punk/pastel goth and left lolita for that. I tried looking her up, and from what few things I could find, the latter seems to be the case.
