I'd say definitely nix the harlequin tights and try some cream-colored lace or floral tights. Also, I'd get a different bag if you want to go Coach; the branding and the flowers in that one make it more casual than the dress in my opinion. Also, good luck finding that one in particular, I don't think it's even available at the outlets anymore (but I could be wrong about that). Try this tote instead, it's still available online and it would match both the tan in the dress and any gold accessories you'd want to include in the coordinate. It also comes in a mini-version that includes a shoulder strap if you'd prefer something smaller.
