I'm kind of stuck on how to do his jewelry while making it look at least kind of like part of a set. (also just in general)

I'm planning on making the arm things from craft foam covered in golden vinyl wrap so I was thinking of making the earrings the same way and then just using spirit gum or s/t to attach them and then maybe clay for the golden necklace and wrapping that too? Any better options for that stuff? And any recommendations for the other necklace? His golden necklace also has a weird thing on it, for reference.
