For some context, I'm the guy who posted the Leon Von Alvensleben thread. Looking for advice in general on obtaining clothing matching this image which I'm using for reference.

However, at the moment my main concern is obtaining a lab coat. Will one off amazon do?
Are there certain brands that have worked better than others for you guys?

Any advice is appreciated. I only have 12 days until Halloween so any fast-shipping site recs would be a big help.

Currently working on an LVA cosplay. New to this whole thing.

Need advice on brands, styling, sources, etc. for lab coats in cosplay. Will buying a lab coat straight from amazon work, or do I need to get a special one or make alterations to one?

Looking into boots - He's drawn with knee-high boots at times, but I'm trying to figure out if simple combat boots or paratrooper boots would work as well/would fit better.

I've purchased some military surp pants that are a bit baggy and should work with anything.

Also, I've been working out to try and match the body type. Made some decent progress, but obviously can't get as chiseled as a drawing in the time I have left (or maybe ever). Because of this, I'm also looking into compression shirts - anyone have experience with those? Do they enhance muscle and body appearance?

Also, I'm still on the fence for cosplaying him pre- or post- arm loss. If I end up doing the latter, does anyone have tips for cosplaying characters with amputated limbs?
